"Caffe Republic is a local favorite located within Bronberg Plaza, offering fresh, delicious food and friendly, attentive service. I loved my matcha latte, and every ingredient on my plate was fresh and prepared with care. The only downside for me was the gluten-free seeded toast—it was very thin and dry, mostly made of almonds, nuts, and seeds, which didn’t pair well with the eggs. It felt more like a nut cracker alongside a poached or scrambled eggs, whereas a soft toast would have been a better base for the eggs especially yolks and other elements on the plate. I will definitely return to try something different from the menu, as there are many fascinating dishes to choose from. Parking is easy, and with several grocery shops nearby, the location is very convenient. Thank you. June 2025"

"Great food, great coffee. Had a nice brunch on our way through. Friendly staff. The traffic noise was a bit annoying, and there were no indoor seating. Not at all a problem though."

"Favourite brunch destination. I used to dine here often when I lived on the Gold Coast and when I travel from Brisbane I try to fit in a trip here. It never disappoints. Five star - healthy, keto, doggie friendly. They even have coconut milk for my coffee. Top eating!"

"I stumbled upon this delightful spot by chance, and I couldn't be happier. The banana bread is the best I've tasted on the Gold Coast, and the coffee is exceptional. The breakfasts burgers were fantastic too, making this place highly recommendable."
